Effective from 1 November 2026. These terms cover the rental of the podcast and recording studio, filming and post-production offered by Autentická média s.r.o., company ID 09542515, registered office Zvonařovská 84/13, 180 00 Prague 8, Czech Republic (the “studio”). The customer is anyone who orders a service from us, whether a company or a private person.
Requests and confirming a slot
You can request a slot through the booking form on the website, by e-mail or by phone. After you send the form, we e-mail you a link to confirm the request within two hours. Until then we hold the slot, after that it is released.
A request is not a contract yet. The contract is made when we confirm the slot by e-mail. The confirmation sums up the date, length, package, set and price.
Price and payment
The price list published on the website on the day you sent the request applies, or a price we agreed in writing. Each price says whether it includes VAT. Extras (green screen, post-production, extra time) are charged by the price list or as agreed.
Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice due 14 days after the shoot, unless we agree otherwise. For larger orders and series we may ask for a deposit. We tell you in advance and state it in the confirmation.
Cancelling and moving a slot
You can cancel or move a slot by e-mail:
- free of charge up to 48 hours before the start,
- for a cancellation fee of 50% of the price later than 48 hours before the start,
- if you do not show up without notice, we charge the full price.
If we have to cancel (equipment failure, illness, force majeure), we offer you another slot or refund everything you have paid.
A shoot is a service on a fixed date. For that reason even consumers have no right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days (Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code). The cancellation rules above apply.
The day of the shoot
We prepare the set 30–40 minutes before the start, and our technician sets up sound, lights and cameras. The booked time runs from the agreed start. If you arrive late, the time is not extended. Extra time is possible if the studio is free, at the price-list rate.
Please follow the technician's instructions in the studio. You pay for damage to the equipment caused intentionally or through negligence.
Delivering the footage
You receive the raw footage or the final export, depending on the package, within 24 hours of the shoot as a download link. Editing and other outputs are delivered in the scope and time set by the package or our agreement.
We keep the footage for 30 days after delivery, then we delete it. Please make your own backup.
Rights to the recording
The recording is yours. Once it is paid for, you can freely use, edit and publish it.
You are responsible for your guests' consent to being filmed and published and for the rights to music, logos and other materials you give us.
We may use clips from the shoot and behind-the-scenes photos in our portfolio and on social media only with your consent.
Complaints and liability
If something is wrong with the result, write to [email protected] as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of delivery. We fix the defect, repeat the shoot or reduce the price fairly. Consumers keep all their statutory rights regarding defective performance.
For business customers our liability for damage is limited to the price of the service concerned. This does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
Disputes
Czech law applies. Consumers can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for out-of-court dispute resolution (adr.coi.cz).

We may change these terms. Each order is governed by the version valid on the day you sent the request.
